Dr. Brady Eason grew up in Ontario’s scenic Kawartha Lakes. At 18 years old he moved to Montreal to pursue his Bachelor of Science in physiology and physics at McGill University (Distinction). Following that he completed his Doctors of Dental Surgery at Western University in London, Ontario from 2012-2016.
During his studies at McGill he took part in a number of research projects, a few resulting in scholarships as well as articles and textbook chapters being published. His focus was on cancer research and developing quality assurance protocols to standardize advanced microscopy imaging worldwide. While at university for dentistry he was selected to participate in the Ontario Dental Mentorship Program and to work in the Dental Emergency Clinic during the summer. Upon graduating in 2016 he was awarded the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Award as well as the American Association of Orthodontists Award, both recognizing the greatest achievement in each discipline.
After working in Kelowna, British Columbia for 1 year, Dr. Eason moved to Ottawa to be closer to his grandparents and family. Having a passion for offering an advanced level of dentistry he began working part-time at Pretoria Bridge Dental towards the end 2017. Approximately one year later he became part of our practice full-time.
When he is not working towards advancing his training, Dr. Eason spends his time being active outdoors and playing a wide variety of sports: golf, volleyball, personal training, scuba diving and squash to name a few. He also enjoys camping, travelling, motorcycling and sky diving. One day he hopes to get his sky diving and pilot’s license making his Kawartha Lakes cottage commute from Ottawa that much easier.
